Account Link Problem

Beim Versuch, den Skill in der Alexa App zu verknüpfen, stoßen wir auf folgenden Fehler: Wir nutzen die Pro-Version von Node Red zur Automatisierung. Beim Wechsel auf ein neues Konto sind wir auf dieses Problem gestoßen.

When attempting to link the skill in the Alexa app, we encounter the following error: We utilize the Pro version of Node Red for automation. Upon switching to a new account, we encountered this issue.

Thanks for reaching out! I have not come across this issue before. Did you try updating your Alexa app, as the error message suggests?

Hello, yes the Alexa app is up to date. Version: 2.2.560493.0

I've already tried with older versions but without success.

My Node Red configuration is perfectly set up with its skill and Noide Red library. Unfortunately, I had to set up a new Amazon account and need the skill again. However, I cannot activate this.

I've now managed to activate the skill using my friend's Alexa app. However, I still get this error: grafik grafik

  • Have you activated the VSH skill in the Alexa app using the same account that you used for the account linking process in Node-RED?
  • Have you tried creating a new vsh-connection?
