This rewrites the plugin from scratch, using @khovansky-al’s amazing new CanvasKit implementation.

Before this gets merged, I would still like to use the latest JS conic gradient polyfill, so there is feature parity.

Looks like I lost my way. I’ve made the changes you’ve requested, @khovansky-al. If you’re still around, I’d love your second set of eyes. Otherwise, I may merge and release anyway.

Canvaskit-wasm has come a long way since we first used it, so now there is a proper npm package. I've dropped old pre-compiled binaries and replaced them with a package dependency. I also had to update the expected result of the basic test since now it generates a little bit different output, but it looks fine in the browser. @jonathantneal what do you think?
