Ability to auto create comments that must be resolved [feature request]

Love you work on this. I was wondering if the sdk for VSTS allows you to create comments in addition to applying these templates to the description. My reasoning for this would be that I could then base my pull request completion on whether or not those comments had been resolved. I'm happy to help with this feature, but wanted to get your feedback and additionally determine if the SDK allowed for this (and I'm not sure how you'd set the creator of the comment). Thanks!

Would love that too. We're still on TFS at the Moment doing Dod ( I assume thats what youre refering to ) with ReviewComments.

Maybe we could insert just one rootcomment additionally to the Checklist
