Make it easier to copy link to a session

When I organize an estimation session, I don't see where I can get the link to share with people.

Just copy it from the address bar when you're in a session:

I'd suggest adding that to the documentation for the project, so others don't expect a link in the working area of the extension.

I've changed it to a feature request, could be something like "Copy link" in the "..." menu for a session
