Estimate extension slow and unstable

Our end-users are reporting slowness and instability of the Estimate module, see below for what they reported to me:

When clicking the Estimate button to go to the page where the estimation sessions are listed, some people get there instantly while other have to wait for a long time, up to a few minutes before the page loads.

When joining a session, the same thing happens. Some people are instantly in the estimation session, others have to wait a long time before they join the session.

While doing the estimation, there is constant desyncing where everyone sees a different state of the estimation (selected card/estimation item). Most people experience a 5-10 second delay between clicking an estimation card / item and something actually happening on screen.

For some people (myself included) the estimation session sometimes completely freezes, clicking buttons etc. stops doing anything. We then have to entirely close ADO and restart it and rejoin the estimation session to get it working again.

@cschleiden Hi i noticed you are not from the team that support this extension and it is ok But Is this developed by Microsoft? if yes could you please provide the proper team to check? or no one else will support it? if nobody will support this would be better to remove from Azure DevOps Marketplace A member from our company is facing the same issue and i am trying to help him Thanks in advance for your understanding and support
