Fan speed does not drop after temperature drops

If I have a profile configured that turns on the fans at a certain temperature, then it does not decrease after the temperature has dropped below the turn on point.

Macbook 14, Macs Fan Control 1.5.13

It is looks not a bug in "Manual sensors based fan" May be related: https://github.com/crystalidea/macs-fan-control/issues/643
