Unable to change products being installed or install location

I havn't been able to change install location or what products are being installed. I posted the error below. Seems to be an ie issue, but nothing I've been able to do has worked.

Iv'e done a lot of research the past couple days and discovered two things. 1. Clicking the pencil image next to the hyperlink works and 2 it seems the issue with the hyperlinks not working is caused by poorly written code that isn't present with the images and to fix it would require a modified exe.
