Quiz doesn't run on clicking Start Quiz

Downloaded the source files,opened default.html in browser, clicked Start Quiz. It didn't start. Any advice? Interested in this project because the features appear to be there and it's responsive. Update. Problem solved. Served from IIS and accessed in the browser at localhost.
