[Feature Request] Queue Effect Skipping

Add an effect to skip the current item in a queue, could be used for example for skipping an alert.

For clarity: the request is to skip the current item in a different queue from where this effect would run.

I would definitely love this feature, it would allow me to skip a clip that is currently playing in a queue, without having to kill the queue or track the queue of clips manually.
