Remove Notification Settings from Profile

Notification Settings in the Profile section seem not important according to the feedback. We can get rid of it. Yours views? @Arushi1912

I think the users haven't had enough time to interact with the portal. As far as I remember, it was offline for most of the time. Maybe we should wait until 2-3 months of usage? Bcz according to me, notification settings is relevant. Some people might not want an SMS/email, some people might. Some might need it for approval only. Or, all? (This is optional)

I think we are going to keep the notifications for now. What do you think @bhawesh96 ?

Either we write the backend to check notification settings' status and send notifications accordingly or we remove this feature entirely from the frontend and database structure. I personally found this not so useful as notification at every stage might look like a SPAM while notification at the end is a MUST anyway.

Better to give the user an option to disable the notifications if he wants I guess. Let's go with this?
