Evaluate podman preset and microshift podman socket

We are planning to evaluate if podman preset is still required since we now have microshift preset which expose the podman socket and consumable.

  • Check the static from segment/amplitude, how many user are using.

  • Run the podman specific tests for podman and microshift and check if any tests are behaving differently on those preset.

  • [ ] Add deprecation message when user switches to the podman preset

  • [ ] Remove the podman preset from crc

In the coming release (2.29.0) we'll add a Deprecation message when user switches the preset to podman using crc config set preset podman and in the next release (2.30.0) we'll remove the podman preset from crc
