This pull could be merged into the `3.1-dev` branch, I tried but it generates some conflict errors.
@R1KO I'm waiting... Just to update the **Admin Privileges** plugin, when we update/add VIP for players other than through VIP Core, sourcebans for example generates this error in the console...
