Test Example Crashes When You Try And Add A New Pane Using QT 5.9

As the title states, although the library and the example build successfully with QT 5.9 (x64 Windows 10), upon running it and selecting to add a new pane it causes the demo application to crash.

Thanks for letting me know. I am currently not able to test the library with Qt 5.9 as I have only partially access to the internet. But this should be getting better by the end of this week. Then I'll see what the problem is
