Description

When a user changes the element index page, focus is moved to the first focusable element (Resolves DEV-381)

DEV-381 Focus does not move to first element after activating a pagination button

Focus is not managed after activating page control, meaning screen reader users are not alerted to a shift in page context

Keyboard focus should move to first focusable item in element index table when pagination is activated

Resolves CMS-070
