Okay thanks.

In that case I lean towards removing @cosmjs/cli. Too much effort has to be put in maintaining it with questionable value for developers.

That might be the right decision. Would tsx be a good replacement for ts-node though? https://tsx.is/dev-api/register-esm

The amount of development effort to keep @cosmjs/cli in a healthy state has historically been very high. Given the current funding levels of a few days per month it is a good idea to cut it off anyways, not only because of ts-node.
