No Table Escape Shortcut

Maybe I haven't seen it yes, but I can't find a way to get out of a table, if it's at the end of the page. Is there some kind of shortcut like STRG+ENTER for code and plugin blocks? If not, would be a helpful addition and maybe not to hard to implement.
