Path with "+" doesn't work in rom copy

It's a bug deep inside Electron.Net and I can't do anything about it except wait for my PR to be merged 🤷‍♂️

The PR has been merged, but ElectronNET has been upgraded to .Net 8, and to install that I need to upgrade to MacOS 12, which I can't because I have an old model.

Maybe later.
