Generating new traffic matrices

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I recently wanted to use Yates for some experiments. I have read the tutorial you provided, but I am not sure how to generate data for other topologies in topology zoo using YATES's implementation of gravity models. I was wondering if you could provide some guidance on how to generate new traffic matrices. Any advice or direction you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
