Rejected comments visible with Live Updates

Hi,

I discovered a strange behaviour of Comment Live Updates.

When I leave a story open for a longer time (e.g. 2 hours), and some other people comment on that story, I will get the buttons for live loading the new comments as expected. But if one of those comments was already rejected in the meantime by some moderator, it will still get loaded and be visible after I click on the button. I can even comment on that rejected comment. Only after I reload the page by myself, the rejected comment and comments below will be gone.

Expected behavior: Rejected comments should not be shown in live updates.

Actual behavior: Rejected comments are live loaded and shown in live updates.
