Low data mode

Disables a bunch of stuff:

  • Auto-loading and display of replies/reactions/zaps with button to show them
  • Disable reply-only mode
  • Hide explore tab
  • Don't listen for notifications
  • Lazy load profiles
  • Disable buffering in cursor

When using amber, automatically opt in to low-data mode for anything that required encrypt/decrypt or signatures.
