I had a cx deploy stuck on these steps:

UPDATE_IN_PROGRESS    ServiceWebCertificate         AWS::CertificateManager::Certificate
UPDATE_IN_PROGRESS    ServiceWebCertificate         AWS::CertificateManager::Certificate

To keep the deployment moving I needed to check my email and approve the ACM request.

Seems like we could print a friendly message reminding the user to check ACM when creating or updating these resources.
