I am sorry for a later, forgotten reply, by that I meant, to reserve a different column for adding actions, as you have a custom column/action for adding action buttons merely via the call of such functions and defining action links as I recall, however I later realized it could have been worked around by providing a custom column, with own templates, so perhaps this can be closed, although it might a little bit simply the work for a beginner, or if it would be added to the documentation, I might suggest a PR addition based on my experience with adding custom columns
