Allowing customization of .continue folder's base path

Problem

The problem is that .continue folder currently uses the user's current folder as the base path, which can be inconvenient in certain situations where a different base path is required.

Solution

Add an option to change the base path for .continue folder so that users can customize this path according to their needs. This will improve the flexibility and usability of the continue feature.
