Stealing keypressed events from the editor while activated

Relevant environment info

- IDE: IntelliJ IDEA 2023.3.4 (Community Edition). Build #IC-233.14475.28

Description

When continue panel is activated I cannot edit code in the editor anymore. Any key being pressed is captured by Continue panel.
