Open VSX Registry not updating

Description

Until recently, the Continue preview build has been regularly updating on the Open VSX Registry, but the last few days there have been no updates there and the current version on Open VSX is 0.9.71.

I don’t know if this is relevant or not, but there is (and has been as long as I’ve been watching) a warning on the Continue page at Open VSX that looks like this:

When I look at the history of .github/workflows/preview.yaml which builds, packages, and uploads the extension, it hasn’t been changed at all recently so whatever the issue is, it seems to be something external.
