unable to accept or reject code suggestions in editing .ipynb cells in VSCode

- OS: Win11
- Continue: v0.8.12
- IDE:VSCode

Description

Ctrl + Shift + L works well

yet when using Ctrl + Shift + Enter to confirm or + Backspace to reject, it will not work.

To reproduce

Simply open a .ipynb file in vscode and use the above-mentioned functions.
