ALTHOUGH MY BACKEND IS RUNNING ON http://127.0.0.1:8000 AND IT IS CONNECTED TO FRONTEND I AM GETTING THIS ERROR "request to http://127.0.0.1:8080/completions failed, reason: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8080"
