A way to do manual autocomplete in Jetbrains IDEs
Issue Category

Issue Description
What is the issue
The documentation suggests a way to configure a trigger key for VS Code only. However, continuedev also supports JetBrains IDEs like, for instance, Pycharm. It is unclear from the documentation how to configure a trigger key in Jetbrains IDEs.
I have found some related issues, some of them linking this section as a valid resolution (https://github.com/continuedev/continue/issues/2402, https://github.com/continuedev/continue/issues/3453, https://github.com/continuedev/continue/issues/3628, https://github.com/continuedev/continue/issues/3838, https://github.com/continuedev/continue/issues/4738, https://github.com/continuedev/continue/issues/5447, https://github.com/continuedev/continue/issues/5710, https://github.com/continuedev/continue/issues/6008), yet they are unhelpful for anyone using a Jetbrains IDE.
Why it is an issue
A manual trigger key is important in case a person uses a limited (either by tokens or by requests) model. As things stand, continuedev tends to generate a lot of requests to an autocomplete model, which is highly problematic when wanting to use a smarter, but pricier model.
There are also cases when continuous suggestions are distracting, but occasionally useful. In these cases I want suggestion to appear at specific moments, and not all the time, hence the need for manual trigger key.
Lack of a way to configure a trigger key in a Jetbrains IDE is a dealbreaker for me and forces me to look towards alternatives like TabbyML which does allow for manual trigger without jumping through much hoops.
Expected Content
Please elaborate on the documentation section adding a way to do manual autocomplete in Jetbrains IDEs, or turn this into an enhancement by providing an actual setting in the continuedev for autocomplete trigger key.
