Not able to log in the plugin on GoLand / JetBrains

I'm in GoLand (JetBrains)

1. First time I opened the plugin I saw this: https://docs.continue.dev/getting-started/install#signing-in

With "Get Started" button.

I got a popup "Please enter the authentication token". I cannot find this token anywhere on my profile on continue.dev, no sign of such a token anywhere?

2. I thought I would cancel the flow and try again. However now the "Get started" buttin is permanently gone and no way to get it back.

I have tried to install and uninstall the plugin.
