[Ctrl Chat] [Ctrl Edit] in PyCharm - how to turn them off?

Problem

Recently two buttons started appearing in the code window: [Ctrl Chat] [Ctrl Edit]. Had to disable Continue, to be able to work with the code.

PyCharm 2024.1.6 Continue 0.0.64 Windows 10
