onboard ignore

Problem

the /onboard command includes explanations on .git and .idea folders, and it's not needed.

Solution

add in the configuration for the /onboard (could also be for the codebase) an ignore section, like in gitignore or dockerignore, so i can specify which foldes and files to ignore
