Could not use terminal errors as context

Description

I have tried most functions and they work well in my environment, but for @terminal, using terminal error as the context of chat and using ctrl+shift+R for chat debug fail all the same. when i use ctrl+shift+R,it will trigger sidebar chat and the prompt is like "I got the following error, can you please help explain how to fix it?". there is no terminal error info appended to the prompt. I want to know whether this is the cause of vscode version？ can it be solved through configuration？
