Problem

Sometimes when you read the historical conversation records, ask questions according to the historical conversation, because the input box is not fixed, resulting in the need to scroll back, which is very inconvenient, because many times you need to ask questions against the chat records

Solution

Improvement plan:

1. Ensure that the position of the information input box is fixed
2. Add a scroll bar so that you can quickly drag to the scroll bar and support clicking to scroll to the bottom or top
