Garbled characters when using pycharm on windows 11/10

ctrl + i, then enter chinese charater,it displays a rectangle.

Thanks for sharing this. It looks like the problem is Windows-specific. I will debug this when I get to my Windows machine and hopefully have a fix for the next release
