@code shows no results

Relevant environment info

- OS: MacOS
- Continue: Latest (Pre-release)
- IDE: VS Code

Description

I see no results when I type @code

To reproduce

1. Open VS Code with a project
2. Make sure you have code listed in context providers
3. Try typing @code and see that there are no results showing up
