Disappearing asking bar

Problem

when I scroll up at the beginning of the longer question, the ask-bar disappears and there is no way how we can write new question and read the text on top at the same time.

Solution

pin the question / asking bar toughly to the bottom so it does not scroll down with the rest of the text
