Consider publishing a podman-from-podman feature for devcontainers.

Description

It would be useful if there were a podman-from-podman (and possibly podman-in-podman) feature for devcontainers.

In the propsed devcontainers feature spec, reflective of the capability in vscode, there are docker-from-docker and docker-in-docker features. Part of this is a spec to allow other to publish features

There should be some consideration as to whether this repo or organization should publish equivalent features.

Hey!

A user in our subreddit told us about this issue, saying that it could benefit from being funded in order to attract attention from someone able to solve it.

I actually use Podman as a Docker-Desktop alternative, so I'm willing to create a reward myself to incentive the resolution of this issue.

Someone from the organisation would need to install Opire's app in the repository, so once that's done ping me and I'll create the reward
