Problem

Some key data is missing from cartographer, making it impossible to analyse some of the user behavior

Impact

This will help us measure the worst-case scenario for the user - transfer gets stuck and user has to reengage multiple times

Proposed Solution

Start logging:

• Action - bump relayer fee
• Count - # of bumps in relayer fee, slippage

Acceptance Criteria

We reliably see this data in cartographer for all transfers
