Add Conan instructions in README

Greetings!

The librdkafka 2.4.0 has been merged in ConanCenterIndex (PR https://github.com/conan-io/conan-center-index/pull/23912) and is now available in Conan Center. So I thought it would be a nice addition to include instructions on how to install librdkafka via Conan in the README.

Please let me know if this addition is acceptable or if you would prefer it to be placed elsewhere.
