[WIP] Support CrateDB Sink Connector

@rhauch Could you tell me what different between INT8, INT16, INT32, etc. (data range) in Kafka Schema. Any reference to SchemaField description?

@toanalien Kafka Connect's schema types are the same as the Java types, and that matches the CrateDB documentation that says:
All types have the same ranges as corresponding Java types.
I think your latest commits have it right.
