Install failed when using 32bit python3.12 on Windows

I am using 32bit python3.12 on Windows for some reason, I tried to install with pip but failed, and I checked the whl list, there is no resource for 32bit python, so how can I install this lib for 32bit python3.12? btw, I can use other version python but I have to use 32bit python, but I didnot find any resource for 32bit python.
