[FR] x-alarms/Excessive log generation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a developer I might sometimes have applications not quit correctly on failure and start to generate a lot of logs. This can induce insane costs and therefore it would be great to have an alarm around logs generation.

With the recent addition of x-alarms one could set that up manually. Alternatively, x-alarms could have a set of "well-known" alarms.
