Extend support for AppMesh Gateways (with troposphere==2.6.3 release)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Now that there is support in Troposphere for AppMesh gateways, I would like to be able to define gateways.

AppMesh will need a deeper refactor to be far more agile and yet make it easy to add the envoy sidecar and ECS configuration for it.

In the meatime, will add support for simple GW settings
