export obj from rhino guide

It would be very useful to add a quick guide at the tutorial that explains how to export an obj from Rhino to be used for compas_slicer. (Weld mesh, disable NGons, select unmodified, disable Export material definitions, disable MapRhino Z to OBJ Y)

We could also add some screenshots from the export window to show these options
