Setup Bobtimus

In order to run Bobtimus we need a Liquid node running and synced.
Run Bobtimus with such a node setup for mainnet testing.
@bonomat does that make sense as part of this iteration?
I wouldn't do it now. There is no testnet for Liquid which means we would need to deploy for mainnet (or setup our own testnet). We are quite far away from a usable tool, so there wouldn't be much use for this for a while. I'm also afraid that the deploy pipeline for bobtimus is not straight forward and it would cost us valuable time as we will need to adapt it for various changes (think about the upcoming change in regards to config, deploying an oracle service, ...).
