FP8 not running claiming I need ROCm 6.5 or higher, but I believe I am running up to ROCm 7.x

Custom Node Testing
- [x] I have tried disabling custom nodes and the issue persists (see how to disable custom nodes if you need help)
Expected Behavior
Trying to generate a Wan 2.2.1 text to video using:
Actual Behavior
It errors out when hitting the KSampler(Advanced) node.
I believe the issue originates with:
Steps to Reproduce
Running latest comfy with latest interface - the template has not been changed and all models are correct.
