Feature Request: Could there be an option to have a pop-up or a dialog box when your battery drops below a certain level?

I have notifications for low battery, yes, but they’re simply too easy to miss or sometimes (let’s be real) just ignore. Something like this would get me moving before my Mac hibernates:
