Report Toolbar Spinner contains only one item

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Go to Reports Click on Pie Chart Click on the Report Toolbar Spinner

Expected behaviour

4 items (Pie Chart, Bar Chart, Cash Flow, Balance sheet)

Actual behaviour

Only item "Pie Chart" appears
