#869 Account pick list sorted everywhere by Favorites first

Hi,

I've finished to fix this enhancement.

  1. I've commented the fetchAccountsOrderedByFullName() method to be sure that only the fetchAccountsOrderedByFavoriteAndFullName() is used.

  2. I also have changed a french translation (because I don't know how to use CrowdIn) to be the same as in desktop gnucash
