The Add button link the wrong page

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Click the button on the top of left and open the menu
2. Click the Scheduled Actions
3. Exchange the page selected to the EXPORTS
4. Would like to add a new one and click the + button
5. The page will jump to the Export Transactions if there is empty.

Expected behaviour

The page should not show the setting of the export

Actual behaviour

You can select some feature of your export if there is empty in the transactions in the Scheduled Actions pages.

I'm sorry but I don't quite understand. When you click the + symbol, it takes you to the page where you can create a new scheduled export. What exactly are you expecting to happen?
